巴特勒中心

The 巴特勒中心 is a statewide secure treatment program for DYS-committed male juvenile offenders, 13至21岁, whose combination of serious delinquency and mental health challenges require specialized, clinically sophisticated interventions. With due attention to public safety and dedication to positive, 有效的改变, 巴特勒中心 assists the youth served to address the behaviors and actions that led to their offenses; develop skills and capacity to meet their mental health needs; and accomplish treatment and life goals to support a safe, successful transition to home communities as contributing citizens.

Rachel received her Bachelors degree in psychology and Masters Degree in Public Administration from Bridgewater State University.
